Dr. Zahid has more than 15 years of experience in the distribution of medical devices in the United Arab Emirates as well as other countries in the gulf region. He has a strong network within the surgeon community, especially with neuro- and spine surgeons. Dr. Zahid has worked with devices, implants, and consumables from leading MedTech Companies, Including Medtronic, Integra and adeor. He managed to achieve and maintain significant growth in the region for the international brands that he promoted. In 2024, Dr. Zahid joined Zeppelin ME Medical Equipment Trading LLC as CEO and co-founder.

Dominic Hasbach founded his VC backed company in 1999. Since then, he always had a strong entrepreneurial drive. In 2009, Dominic joined ador medical as CEO and co-owner. adeor is a German MedTech Company, based in Munich with a focus on Neuro and Spine. Dominic's experience Includes Entrepreneurship, Strategic Business Development and Sales. Dominic has a strong network within the global neurosurgery community. Since 2007, he is a co-owner and COO at adeor medical AG, a leading medical device manufacturer with a focus on Neuro and Spine products. Fabio's area of expertise is Corporate Development, Entrepreneurship, Finance and Marketing. He has more than 18 years of experience in the medical device industry. He led a successful operational turnaround that enabled adeor medical AG’s transformation to a vertically integrated medical device manufacturer.
